INSTALLATION:
Each hybrid battery order will come with an instruction booklet and installation guide. Please refer to the manual/guidelines when installing this battery.
Installation of this product should only be attempted by a qualified technician.
Wear appropriate protective gear such as insulated gloves and proper clothing.
Use only appropriately insulated tools.
Do not mix our battery modules with those of other manufacturers.
Do not mix our new battery modules with semi-used battery modules.

RETURNS POLICY:
Hybridtek EU has a 14-day refund policy.
Batteries and/or cells returned within 14 days of the original purchase can be refunded in full minus shipping and handling costs. Contact us to confirm what this cost is for your order.
Batteries and/or cells must be returned sealed and untampered to be eligible for a refund.

WARRANTY:
This product comes with a 2-year or 60,000 km warranty, whichever comes first.
We require ALL the necessary procedures to be taken prior to installation of any battery. Please refer to our check list for more information. Failure to do so can void any given warranty.

WARRANTY PROCESS:
In the event of Battery failure within the warranty period, only Hybridtek EU will authorise a third party to remove the battery from the vehicle. Do not strip or tamper with the battery and/or any battery cells! Doing so will void any warranty.
Once the battery is removed, Hybridtek EU will organise collection, diagnose the issue(s), and return the battery repaired. Hybridtek EU, at its discretion, may opt to send a replacement hybrid battery.
Shipping costs will be borne by buyer. Clients in Hungary can attend Hybridtek EU authorised service Centres for immediate diagnosis.

LIABILITY:
Hybridtek EU does not accept any labour claim.
Hybridtek EU does not accept any consequential loss such as loss of earnings or vehicle hire.
Hybridtek EU will not accept liability for the failure of any ancillary components unrelated to the battery that has been supplied.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
The voltage of this battery pack is very high! There is a shock hazard which can cause injury or even death.
If there is leaked liquid, do not touch the spilled liquid! This may be an alkaline electrolyte. If skin and eyes come into contact with this liquid, please flush with plenty of water and seek advice from a doctor immediately.
Handle all batteries with care. Avoid vibration and/or impact. Do not cast, roll, or tilt the batteries.
Handle all batteries with the appropriate equipment and clothing.
Avoid storing hybrid batteries for long periods of time, instal within 90 days following delivery to ensure state of charge (SOC) SOC is at 60-80% when installed.
When storing or transporting the batteries, please ensure they are well secured.
Ensure a licensed carrier is transporting this product.
Protect the battery pack from rain during the transport, and keep the ambient temperature below 55°C.
Store the battery pack in a cool and dry place (a temperature range of 5-25°C)
